06-05-2012: Bob Gale
Mr. Gale told me this:
Get the first draft down. Finish it. Put it away for two weeks, and then start the rewrite. After the break your mistakes will be more apparent. Also, there are no rules, so don't get wrapped up in any.
Good dialog means you should be able to know who's talking without looking at the name. Imagine actors/friends as the characters, this will help you keep their voices different from each other and consistent.
read the strip for this day from last year.
